Unflavoured, each 5g serve provides: creatine monohydrate 5g, equivalent creatine 4.4g. Single ingredient, nothing else added.

Berry Flavoured, each 6g serve provides: creatine monohydrate 5g, equivalent creatine 4.4g, plus bulking agent sweetener, anti-caking agent, acidity regulator and natural flavours. Contains sucralose and sulfites.

Directions for Use

Unflavoured: Adults, add 5g to water, suitable juice or liquid, stir until mixed and consume immediately. 350g serve size: 5g level scoop (included) or 2 levelled metric teaspoons. 600g serve size: 2 levelled metric teaspoons. Take 5g to 10g daily, immediately before or after exercise, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Consume plenty of water throughout the day.

Berry Flavoured: Adults, add 6g (1 included rounded scoop) to water, suitable juice or liquid, stir until mixed and consume immediately. Take 6g to 12g a day, immediately before or after exercise, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
